CMS with special requirements

We need to work in a CMS platform (Drupal or Joomla). We need to cover the following requirements for this project: - Non technical people can add/update content using WYSIWYG editor, they will have basic HTML markup skills (H1, BR, P tags, etc) - Users can upload images, flash, etc to their contents - Super user is the only one allowed to publish changes, so he needs a way to preview content before publishing what normal users have submitted through Admin. - Possibility of having a restricted community site where users with user/password can access restricted content. - Content blocks will belong to events, so there needs to be a way to create events with certain attributes/categories for each one. - A search by event attributes to find an event. - Multiple URL support, one event can have 1 or more URLS (for the same content). - Allow to have forms per event that will post to 3rd party site such as salesforce (basically a way to grab event metadata, build the forms, and show info based on parameters in querystring, then we implement php programming to post to sites). - One event will have multiple pages, all pages within one event will share a common sidebar, the sidebar will have links to the different pages of the event. This should be dynamically created when loading an event page. We need Drupal and/or Joomla experts, we would like people US based so we can have phone/skype discussions and no issues with worldwide zones timing or language barriers.
