Change Website CMS

I have build a website for a client but now my client want to be able to change text on the website. So I need some body to turn this website to a CMS where my client can access the admin area and change the text on the pages. One of the pages the page that says Nuestro Equipo = Our Team My client wants to be able to add a video for the employees and photos for each one organize just like testimonials pages are organize. If they want to add a member of the company the add the picture the text and if they have a video from youtube they can add the video there. and same for all the employees so they can add or remove employees from there. In the admin panel they need to be able to add the company address phone numbers etc. and most important people in the front end need to be able to choose went they want to contact the company from a drop down menu witch person of the drop down menu they want to contact so Admin needs to be able to add the email for those person that are going to be contact so they can get the email. And finally add 2 more sub menus in another words 2 more pages but with out changing the existing menu. Please note that They want to be able to add banners to the page just like the one we have right now in the front page. Please note. I have all the .PSD .EPS .JPG .HTML .FLA Files Logos and Photos Ready. I have all the files you see in the link below. [login to view URL] I need this job to be done in 3 to 5 days no more than that.
