Custom Joomla Enhancements/Module

I am in search of a skilled Joomla!/PHP programmer with particular expertise in creating/manipulating CB environments and modules. If this is you, please read on. The first need is rather small, but can lead to more continual work while the main project is still being developed. I have a Joomla! site that is CB/VM driven and needs a few custom features. 1st, I would like a custom referral ID system implemented where each user is assigned a unique ID (based on a formula I will give you) that will display in the user's profile and can be referenced and linked to said profile easily. Upon registration, when the registrant signs up and fills out the user's referral ID who sent them to the site, the person who referred the new user will be able to see the new user's ID in his or her own account and will be able to track each new registrant down the line. 2nd, I need a certificate generator, of sorts, that will integrate seamlessly into the site. I have a simple form that the User will have to fill out which will grant certain discounts to members of the site. Once this form is filled out, the values will be output into a downloadable certificate or voucher that will be printable and linkable. I would like this link to display in the CB Lists Directory along with the User's information. I would also like this link to automatically post to the Original user's profile in a tab.
