Blog community site in Joomla (Design excluded)

Blog community site for at least 100 members (blog writers) with account administration done in Joomla. The blog shall have all common blog features that usually exist for blogs: comments, calendar view and categories. We DON'T need any design, layout or CSS for this projekt. Un-styled HTML is OK. It shall be possible for administrators to administrate members through Joomlas interface. Members should not be able to access the Joomla admin interface. The site should be able to handle at least 100 members (100 blogs). We need some custom fields added to each user and to each blog entry. Of importance to us when pinking a coder: 1) Coder experience with Joomla. 2) Coder experience with (multiple) blogs in Joomla 3) Coder experience with PHP and MySQL 4) Coder rating on RentACoder. We will not accept coders with poor or no RentACoder-rating. If you suggest that we use Joomla together with a blog extension, please state which one. Please also tell us what you think of the deadline? We give more information on request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
