apache is redirecting and framing and I need it to stop it.
let me know your availability for the next few days. I am hoping to pick someone soon.
If you would like to see the site, let me know.
I have apache and tomcat installed on my red hat box. The machine is new and Red Hat, Apache, Tomcat were all just installed.
If I go to my site via the IP and include the URI to my context, everything works fine. no redirect and no framing.
example <[url removed, login to view]>
That is not the real IP
if I go to the IP only, to the domain, or to the domain with the correct URI,
example
<[url removed, login to view]>
<[url removed, login to view]>
<[url removed, login to view]>work/[url removed, login to view]
I get redirected to [url removed, login to view]
From that point on the URL never changes. no GET parameters show in the URL. I have forms that use GETs and they do send the data but it does not show in the URL.
The second problem that also happens with this redirect is that all my responses are put in a frame. you don't see the frame in the html source in the browser but if you telnet to the domain you see it.
Additional info.
This Red Hat box is not being used for anything else except apache and tomcat.
apache is sending jsp requests to tomcat via mod_jk
This Red hat box is connected directly to he internet through a router.
the router is sending port 80 traffic to the Red Hat box but not port 8080 traffic.
hope you can help.
