DB install and reporting

This request has 3 parts: 1) Install the CVE and setup to auto-update 2) Allow input to the CVE from a script, output a report 3) Have a login page to allow searches of the DB from my server. Must have simple add user/password to web page. The database is: [**CVE** - **Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures**][1] [login to view URL] I need to get the CVE database installed on my server. It must also run updates to keep the CVE db current. A script must be written in accept input of ports or services and status of the port (open,closed, filtered) and output a report with the results of what the CVE says about each port or service. In regards to the ports, if the port is open full report on the port. If the port is filter standard response and full report. If closed give standard reponse. This is part of a much bigger script, and input/output may need to be modified so that it works with the script. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
