create icon for iPhone app

I need an icon for a new iPhone app that is currently in development. The icon should include a 57x57 high-resolution (24-bit) PNG image version, and a 512x512 high-resolution PNG version. The two versions should show identical images. Apple requires that iPhone icons have a large version and a small version, which must be identical except for their size. Thus, your deliverables will be 2 images total (with Photoshop PSD files): one small image, and one large image. The app name is "Mortgage Calculators". It is a collection of about 30 common mortgage and financial calculators. Your image should show at least one (but not more than 3) of the following: - house - dollar symbol or other financial symbol - calculator image - any other image that conveys "mortgage" or "financial" or "calculations" ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
