These changes need to be made to our existing Joomla based advice system: 1 - They need to see the "Year" as part of the date on all the email screens. ie 23rd July 2014, 15:12 2 - For some reason, advice messages are showing a date of 1 Jan, 00:00 in the list views. However if you open the message, it displays the correct date and time. 3 - The admins need to be able to delete messages in all screens. Currently this feature has been hidden. Needs unhiding. 4 - The contact list only displays the first names. We need it to display the full names of all users in the system(including the 2nd person on a joint account). Login to the Client site, within the Inbox choose the "Contacts" heading, then choose one of the Contact lists to edit, you'll see all the members are listed by first name only. 5 - When the advisors receive notifications of new accounts being created, they need the full name of BOTH applicants to appear on the notification email if it is a Joint account. Currently they just receive the main name. There should be "name2" and "surname2" fields in the tables with this information.
