Asterix Call Log Manipulation and Web reporting 1. Setup Pilot Service that can exploit least cost dial strings ( *# etc ) routing over telecommunication networks. 2. Design magento (?) ecommerce sign on portal allowing for capture of user details and assigning of group membership into mysql. 3. Allow for team ownership and hierarchical reporting st ructure 4. Take Asterisk Mysql Call logs generated and manipulate entries to determine, network, local time, and time intervals on Caller ID based on world time and possibly GPS location ( erlang) 5. Missed call vicidial Integration:- o Missed call will be given to asterisk server. o Need to capture the DID number and caller ID. o Based on DID number need to store the caller ID in the campaign lead list. o Generate call Campaign dial the leads from the list in which we have stored the phone number. o Generate sms campaigns o Generate email reports based on totals time intervals at supervisor specified time and destination addresses 6. Allow remote web access to reports and manual supervisor data entry override. 7. Interface call log and time interval with existing back end enterprise databases and reporting platform. 8. Recommend for cloud deployment via distributed country pbx service providers and inter country location or 9.
