Combine 2 php cycle in 1 - repost 2

I'm looking for someone that could develop a PHP class that could combine 2 scripts in an unique cycle (and not in 2 as now). PLEASE, NOTICE THAT IT IS NOT ONLY A COPY/PASTE OF 2 SCRIPTS, but you have to analyze how to combine the second script ([login to view URL]) inside the first one. In short, the first script cycle a txt file (this one, for example: [login to view URL] ) and convert the sql base file in a mysql db (create tables, index, insert, and so on...). This script, actually, doesn't manage at all the $long fields. For example, the row number 533999 of [login to view URL] is: 27534,"NOB","",2013-03-18,"15:27","","CS",,"",$long,0, Pregasi voler designare gli Ufficiali per la seguente gara : ~AN~ 001052 AF, fase 3, girone 04~AN~ tra REAL TORINO HC e ~AN~ EV BOZEN EAGLES ~AN~ il giorno MER 20-3-2013 alle ore 18:15 ~AN~ TORINO ~CP~ CORSO TAZZOLI ~AN~ Via Petrarca 29 ~AN~ TORINO, TO~ // The sentences after the last comma and before the // have to be inserted inside the $long field during the sql. Please notice that the $long could be more than one for each row. The 2 scripts are attached to this brief. So, this script have to work with only 1 (ONE) cycle and have to create a sql DB with ALL the info required (included the $long issue, managed by the second script, the [login to view URL] ). Please notice, also, that the "normal" file that this script will be process will be of 350Mb. Thanks
