this small project about 1 hour , configure the OSTICKET v.1. to fetch email to the system .
Just who know to do this , and have experience with OSTICKET ticket system .
New installations , no need update anything.
when send email to it's create automaticly ticket .
when he replay from the email it's assign to his ticket .
when the client open ticket he receive email with id .
