Copy Drupal site

Hi, We have a Drupal site that we need to replicate on the same server. The site uses Ubercart for added E commerce functionality. We will need to do the following: 1)Duplicate the site files and Database on the server - we only have SSH access 2)Update the Ubercart language to Spanish (translation exists) 3)Create a redirect from the original site to the spanish site for all users form a certain areas based on IP location We need this done quickly, the whole job should take less than two hours. f you feel you can do this AND ONLY IF YOU HAVE FULLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE JOB DESCRIPTION please place a bid and make sure you include the code "DRUP2013" in your message.
