Create Advanced Window with register and logon ability

Need a window to open in modal mode then display a select set of records(based on input params) with filter ability. This window hides complexity from the user as it (under certain conditions ) inserts and update records in the background. It also allows user to add new records and includes ability to upload and assign an image to the inserted record (Coder have you uploaded and inserted images on your prior projects? If so, what size, filetype or other restrictions do you recommend? ) The window has already been designed (for look, feel and colors). the coded parts just need to be added. [login to view URL] As you see from the mock up, the window displays images, checkboxes with images and even the ability to rate a record. On the window user rates records on scale of 1-10. Is there a way to replace nbrs with stars? so they rate by highlighting stars? Like with [login to view URL] IF SO, HAVE YOU EVER DONE THIS? DO YOU HAVE A PROJECT I CAN LOOK AT TO VIEW YOUR WORK? Also need Log On (with password recovery options)and registration page (with checkbox for display of acceptance of terms and conditions) Just manage logon, password and pasword recorvery (pretty basic). In the back end I'll make a few people 'power' users(field on the user table). When someone tries to delete a record just check that field. Also use 'power' user field when debug mode is on to display extra fields (specified later). Delivery will be in stages that'll be defined later. There should be a debug mode where (when turned on) all info is written to a log... including db connection info. Your code should be multi-user capable and fast. Your coding must be Structured with consistent naming standards, fully tested, well-documented and working before delivery.
