Create Streaming MP3 Web player

We are seeking a custom Audio Web Player for our web site with very specific functionality and requirements. Player should be able to be played on mobile browsers in addition to standard web browsers. Player must support Shoutcast & Icecast Mp3 Streams, and ACC+ support would be a plus. Player must be contained in a hidden pop-up bar at the bottom of our web site. Player should remain visible and continue to play even if user browses to another page on our web site. Player should show Station Logo, Album Cover, Artist Name, & Song Title. Player should have optional Pop-Up Window ... Player should be triggered from Play links contained within our stream listings. Player should have attractive user interface and blend into web site design... Additionally it would be a bonus if the player had a song rating capability and buy links to iTunes & Amazon affiliate accounts. This player is the core feature of our web site and its functionality is paramount to our future success.
