Developing of a online game

I am looking for a professional programmer to develop both client and server for our online game. The best and easiest way to describe the kind of development is by comparing it with existing app. The game is very similar to Clash of Clan or Ninja Kingdom or age of empires I do not wish to go into too much detail public in regards the games idea itself, I will go into this further with interested applicants. This job is for the development of the first version of the game and will require at least the following things; 1. Player owns an base which has defensive unit and attacking units. 2. Player collects resources by exploring his world and also by attacking other players. 3. Player can buy coins which can used to speed up development or upgrading process. 4. Base consist of barracks, army base, town center, temple, walls, villagers, builders, 20 different types of army troops, explorer, resource mines, canons, archer towers ,mortars, air defenses, storage for gold and food, builders for upgrading, clan hall, land mines, rocket launchers, training ground, etc. 5. All of the above will have 12 levels to upgrade 6. Trading system to allow users to pass items from one another. 7. Admin and moderator system (Can manage other users information, credits, Ban Users, Mute Users, etc) 8. Private message system which allows users to add and accept friend requests from other users which are then added to a friend list. 9. A system which interacts with paypal for the purchase of "Gold coins" of which can be used to purchase items from a catalogue system 10. Catalogue system of which users will be able to purchase items for their base with their "coins". Once the item is purchased it is moved to their inventory. 11. Good graphics with good details and will require graphics to be compatible with Android in the future development stage 12.
