Online Transfers Through this script will be offered online transfers in an island in Greece I am looking something like [login to view URL] (please test it step by step) 1st step/screen : the search form • The customer chooses a pick up point (list of places, ports, airport, main hotels, main towns and villages, sightseeing places etc ) • The customer chooses a drop off point (list of places, ports, airport, main hotels, main towns and villages sightseeing places etc ) • The customer chooses, whether it is just one way transfer or round trip • The customer chooses a pick up date and time • The customer chooses the return (if there is such) date and time. • The customer selects the number of people who wants to carry, choosing from drop down lists number of adults, number of children and number of infants 2nd step/screen : transfer details and offered vehicles / prices Depending the number of persons, the search returns offered vehicles and prices for the requested transfer. It also shows specifications (max persons, max luggage) of each vehicle. The vehicles types could be taxi, sedan, limousine, mini bus, Mercedes Viano etc). For example if there are 6 persons to be carry the script should returns as available options for customer to select either two (2) taxis , either two(2) limos, either 1 Mercedes Viano, either one (1)mini bus . And also should returns the total price for each offered option. Customer on this step should choose vehicle type and continue. 3rd step/screen : customer details Customer should complete the form with his personal details. Name, Surname, Email, Cell number, Phone, number, home address. If pick up is airport the form should have a field in which passenger writes the flight number. Also the form should have a field in which customer writes their destination exact place/address as well a free text field in which customers can writes whatever additional info or request. As you can see in the site I noted you to check ([login to view URL]) In the left column of that 3rd screen there is the form for customer to enter the above info and in the right column there is the reservation data, transfer details as well cancelation policy. 4rd step/screen (final) : Payment methods Paypal, Credit card, (visa, master), Cash to driver, Bank transfer (maybe In any case a credit card will be needed for guarantee) Admin side The administrator should be able to: • Set the list of the pickup points • Set the list of the drop off points • Set the list of the available vehicle types and its specifications (max persons, max luggage pieces for each) • Set the prices for each vehicle for each defined route • Set the available payments methods • The administrator can view and edit booking. • The administrator sees confirmation of payment online (if there is any).
