Content Filter and extractor

hello every one,

I am looking for a script which can do the following functions:

1. extract contents from websites based on keywords

2. should be able to auto generate pages with the contents extracted in our stylsheet.

3. should be easily able to edit.

4. should have different filtering options for contents.

more sujestions are welcome. if you have ready script with you i would like to have a demo .
