Website Design for real estate. Our company would like to set up a web page that will be mostly static. The most initial primary function will be to simply acquire user information and email the results (example, using formmail or any other technology). Your point of contact is very computer and programming savvy, but does not have the time or creativity to create and potentially maintain. Design will be an iterative process where we provide feedback until final design is approved. Website must be a clean uncluttered design. Main focus will be aesthetics and browser compatibility. No use of flash or morphing transitions. No use of sounds on button presses. Developer will need to be creative and be able to find and/or create images that flow with the website design and its real estate theme. Rough layout and color scheme (shades of blue) are provided in the form of a Microsoft Powerpoint slides and Word documents. Bulk of text for each page to be provided in Microsoft word document. Once design and skeleton have been approved and payment has been made for initial design some smaller modifications will be requested and paid each time. Website will be used by non-English speaking clients that will need to have a way of reading page in Spanish. Through the use of CSS or any other technology that will allow for website to have a second language option embedded (Spanish) into the same website. Website should update all of its text to cater to Spanish (globally). Future modifications will involve: * Creating an account based web page that will only allow registered users to view real estate properties. Underlying database will by mySQL. * Ability to search real estate properties by (including combinations of): Price Range, State, City, Zip, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, House Type (apartment, townhome, single family home, multi-unit), and Garage. * Web based entry of real estate properties. * Future version of our website will have a reduced version that is easily navigated using a mobile device such as a cell phone.
