Currency strength calculator

1. Calculator is using exchange rates of 8 major currencies at the following times: Sun, 17:00 pm NY Time; Fri, 16:00 pm NY Time and Mon-Fri 03:00am NY Time. After extracting appropriate data (simple algorithm will be explained), calculations are done with the simple formulas (will be provided). I am looking for complete solution including database with data since Sunday, January 2nd, 2000 and software for automatic daily update. Source of data are multiple on-line forex brokers for instance: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and others 2. Layout format is attached. Should include drop-down predefined time periods: Current Week (Default), Last Week, Last Month, Last Year; and Choose Date option similar to Google Adwords (if you don’t have access to adwords, I will provide screen shots.) As soon as the person chooses period, the table should refresh automatically without reloading of the whole page. 3. This calculator should be freely available to be posted to any website similar as it is done here: [login to view URL], unique requests have to be logged. 4. Please indicate timeframe required for this project. After we agree on the deadline I propose to pay bonus for every day the project is ready before the deadline and equally reduce the payment for every day of delay.
