Need a fully functional system made and installed on a site to display and archive user submitted links like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] with added editorial control by an admin. *These features would ideally be worked into the Wordpress ([login to view URL]) platform, however we are flexible on this. We can have the software installed and you will need to be familiar with it in order to add the necessary changes to bring the desired outcome described here. We are open to being persuaded into something else. Further and specific details will be given to impressive bidders. Looking for a RELIABLE person/team for possible future work as well. We will give you a good rating on GAF and recommend you to others. Bidders must be able to communicate well in english. Budget does not reach the maximum price displayed in this post. Bid reasonably.
