AJAX/PHP/CURL/MySQL- Rockstar Programmer

We are looking to hire experienced AJAX, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML Senior Programmer. Rockstars only need to apply! Looking for a developer that knows how to write reusable, reliable code and can deliver his projects within reasonable time frames. This is our first/test project on our long list of projects that this developer will be working on in the future if he delivers this first project to our satisfaction. None of the projects we have are simple Web site projects, they are more of framework development type of work ( interesting, challenging, may require research and fast learning ). Our first project: 1) Take a web page with a contact form that contains fields like Name, Email, Phone #. Add AJAX code to the page to capture data that the user types in as he fills out the form. 2) Store all the data together with the user's IP address, GEO data in the database. 3) As the user finishes filling out form on the first page, INSTANTLY redirect the user to a second web page and prefill its contact form with the data user entered on the first page. Both pages will look identical. For the user it will look like he entered the data into the last field of the form and webpage flickered/refreshed but the data is still there. The second web page will be residing on a different domain that is not controlled by us. I understand that there might not be a method that will work 100% for this and we might have to assume that the second webpage takes form data as URL parameters. Please provide your best estimate on the number of hours and completion date for this project.
