Association Rule Mining [CTC187] (simple beginner analytics and data mining task)

I want a Data Mining analysis (Association Rule Mining) to be performed on the attached data (ATTACHED IN ZIP FILE BELOW), to find any interesting patterns. The free software "Weka" is preferred but not required. To prove you are an expert in this topic, please mention in your Bid, the name of the two famous algorithms that should be used for this very simple Data Mining problem. This project is very similar to "Data Mining 101" homework, but that is a mere coincidence. This is not a homework problem.
