Calligraphy

Site: [login to view URL] Under the categories, "Premade Mats and Custom Mats", you can select the frame colors and mats color for each frame you want. I need to have a section that will allow a customers to add in what they want the calligraphy to say. I want the lay to be something like Calligraphy "then a drop down box" "text box" The drop down box needs to have top, middle, bottom. I also need to info from this line to transfer over when they add it into the cart and once it is in the cart, I need to be clean. No confusion as to where the wording needs to be placed and what they want it to say.
