Combine functions of two HTML forms that pass data to two CGI programs

I have a Website service that people subscribe to on a monthly basis, from $4.95 to $19.95. Current system setup: ======================== There are two HTML forms that a customer fills out at my site. * Form#1 creates an account on my server in a MySQL database in PENDING status. * Form #2 sends credit card information securely to a credit card processor, CardService International. * I get an email confirmation of the successful credit charge, and * I manually login to the system to change the status of the account from PENDING to ACTIVE. Your Assignment: ======================== I would like ONE FORM the user fills out that calls a CGI program that * Creates the account on my site in PENDING status * if succesful, pass credit information to credit processor * If successful charge, change account to ACTIVE * send the user and the admin email (me) a note that the account has been successfully setup. 1. ---if the account creation fails, i.e. username already exists, return them to the original form with suggestion to try another name 2. ---if credit card declines return to credit info form to try another card You will have access to the core CGI program that creates the account on my system. It manipulates a MySQL database on the back end. You can see how the account is setup in the database and how to add record/change active status field. Success with this project will secure your position to make additional enhancements in coming months. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working HTML pages and CGI program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation instructions on where these files need to reside in relation to the current system. 3) Deliverable must be fully commented as to what parts were copied from original core program and what parts are new code in the event that core program is upgraded and the deliverable needs to be modified to accommodate changes. 4) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Hosted server - Linux / Apache / MySQL / Frontpage / SSL
