Complete Site design and development

i am mananger of a company (Rocky Tricot Clothes) in germany. we work in tricot clothes manufacturing(we make clothes for men, women, girls, boys and kids). we are seeking a compititive web site with easy to navigate and manage interface.. we got one before with admin section that enables us to add models and news from a password protected admin..but it has a very bad look and hard to [login to view URL] have hosting with php/mysql and pervoius site with them we now require the following: 1-two Very Very attractive design suitable for our bussiness( we don't want a fashion site we are a manufacture not a design institute and we require 2 so we may apply and exchange between both of them 2-Flash introduction (must be low size but long enough with sound and high effects) 3-System with admin that enables us to add models in categories: -categories for genders(women, men, kids, girls, boys) -categories for seasons -each model can be added with a varity of peace of cloth sample peace (small pictures we upload with the main picture for the model to show varities in the model available 4-Order system enables us to recieve orders from our site on email and archieve them in the amdin area so we can track orders history.. 4-each model added with a small description 5-newsest models are shown on the homepage the approved designer will be paid monthly fees for monthly update of the site and added functionality every month.. only bids with samples of design will be approved..(Flash introduction or 1st main design as a sample for the system) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
