Create a program that can be used like a flash web audio player

One of you programmers must be creative enough to create a program that can be used in a web page, and play audio files like flash. Here's your mission: Devise a program that can be embedded like flash .swf files can in a web page. The program will play streaming OGG audio files, just as flash can play MP3 streaming audio files. The player doesn't need to be overly fancy, just simple play, pause, stop buttons. The player should have a way of finding external OGG files, that can be added by the end user. For example. Let's say this was the embedded code in an html file: The end user will simply be able to add the ogg sound file they want to use in the embedded code, and the player would open and play that file.
