Create a romantic village scene that is realistic looking

This job consist of designing the scene where a surfer coming to my site would see this romantic village and use it as a navigational tool for the site. This phase of the job would be to create realistic village scene that would feature the following buildings:

» Travel & Vacation = Travel agency

» Wedding Pages = wedding chappel

» Advice for Lovers = Relationship counselor

» Breakup & Divorce = attorney office

» Health Issues = Health clinic

» Credit Issues = Credit Clinic

» Things For Lovers = lingerie Boutique

= Clothing boutique

= Flower Shop / Candy shop

» Video/Movie/cinema store = Selling dvd's movie posters, etc

» Books/ Magazines = Book Store/ Magazines Stand

» Free Stuff = Flea Market

» Contest Casino/lottery

» Laughs For Lovers = A comedy Club

» Musician's Page Sheet Music = Music Maker Shop

» Relationships = Match Maker

» About us = LovePlay village townhall

You need to make an acceptable layout where the front of each building is visible and the purpose of each building is easily recognized by its features. The scene should be a panoramic view where the buildings are distributed in an arc with the larger more easily recogizable buildings set back in the center of the arc.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

The foreground of the scene should be a couple kiosks representing appropriate departments previously listed. Also in the foreground should be a booth featuring the closest holiday or other special/s on the site etc.

The background should be hills, sky etc but should be insignificant in relation to the buildings. The square surrounded by the buildings should be cobblestones and a continous sidewalk should run in front of all the buildings. The scene should look real and romantic and not comic bookish.

I will include some sketches of the general layout with this work request. I am sure you realize that this must be be an original piece of work. Buildings should maintain proper perspective to other buildings and one building should not obscure the front of another building.

Final copy must be provided in jpg and in a vector format - like psd
