Data entry control software

We are a finance firm in Pakistan. We are currently performing financial data entry for an overseas client. We have to 14 different kinds of metrics from the financial statements of a company for three to five years. Metrics in rows and companies in the columns. The client expects us to enter data into a very complex excel sheet designed by him with very strict data entry protocols for us to follow. For example the client even expects us to put spaces after commas otherwise that is also considered a mistake. The data entry involved is also complex and voluminous. We need a simple database into which various users can feed data independently, especially working at home. The database should generate a report exactly like the one required by our client in MS Excel format, complete with all the colours and formatting. The software should also track user's work and generate reports as to what work was performed by which user and at what time. Since we are paying some users per company and others per record we need the software to tell us how much we need to pay each person. Also there would be rules like lesser payout rates for errors. ## Deliverables Please find attached the excel file format which should be the ultimate output of the software being requested. Remember, the software should give its output EXACTLY in this format. Detailed formatting specifications would be provided later on.
