We run a gym and want tools to detect data anomalies such as bad date of birth or monthly payment failures,
A basic website (or code / script we can host) allowing the user to select the (local) gym database file (in Access format), and this is checked for data anomalies, as per a simple list of rules we have pre-prepared, such as:
* Member age is <13years or >99 years.
* Barcode ID is <1000000 or >2000000
* State field <> NSW
A report is prepared showing all anomalies by rule category, and (also) by member name. We have about 13 of these very basic rules, and may want to add more at some later stage if possible.
Users can 'also' upload a txt file showing the member payments from a third party payment system. A secondary report is then provided which reports anomalies such as:
* Member has not paid this month, or has paid a non-standard amount
* Mismatch on ID's or name fields etc
We currently have five of these very basic checks to be done.
The report should show anomalies by rule and (also) sorted by member name/ID.
These reports should be visible on screen in a basic HTML table, and able to be copied and pasted to Excel or Word easily. Samples of both files (Access database and [url removed, login to view]) are readily available.
