acajoom problem and other joomla issues

our acajoom has decided to stop working - no longer sending out messages. posibly needs an upgrade. and someone who is good with this sort of software. On our other joomla site we need to do a number of smaller updates and changes such as change parts of the CSS, fix a wonky news page, upload an RSS creator. We would also like to transition our emails (about 15 total) over to use google apps like the other emails (diff domain). there is a bunch of other bits and pieces that also need doing but if you can do the above then we will look at separate requests for these other jobs. WHen you reply can you please state your experience with wordpress as well? and what you would charge to set up a site using the same template as [login to view URL] but smaller composed mostly of news feeds, ads and blog. But that might ultimately need to have a fair bit of content integrated from a drupal site... ## Deliverables I need someone who can help rather than just fix. I am looking for someone who could suggest what to do about ongoing acajoom troubles. And suggest alternatives or upgrades that will mean in that we are able to: 1. send out when we want to and it will actually send (not happening now) 2. we can find out who is subscribing and unsubscribing with reports 3. can understand better how acajopom subscription process works - i would LOVE it if someone could explain how the website sign up process works and where those names go and what list they go to and how we know whether they are on any other list and how we find out if it is sucessful. The other stuff is really basic straightforward joomla stuff. what I really need is someone who knows acajoom in all its versions inside out.
