Simple PHP Work, PayPal added to website, after payment '30' added to a row in database

1) I have designed a website where my users 'register' and 'login' once they login I need them to be met with a 'subscriptions' page, on this page users must pay via paypal £20, after the payment is processed '30' days are added to a row in the database. - Every day this row must go down by 1 day - Users must not be able to access the features on the main site until they have 1 or more days on their account 2) Some simple PHP inside the website: - I need inactive users (last click over 30 minutes) to be logged out of the site - I need to stop account sharing, so when a user is logged in one place as soon as they are logged in to another place, they are logged out of the original login place 3) I need passwords on the cpanel/database changed, as I have had many coders in I just need a new randomly generated password on both. I am very busy with personal work however this is a project that I will end the project early on for the right price. In my eyes this project is very simple. I would prefer a programmer with great English language for future projects available too. Thanks
