Basic Header/Footer image added to the layout

Basic Header/Footer image added to the layout I do not like the layout now so I want to change it over to just a simple header and footer I want to change the site so it has a simple header image, footer image, and the site content in the middle. That way I can change the header and footer images to fit my needs when I create site with the script. This is the 3rd time I posted this job because the last 3 freelancer could not understand that all I want is a blank Image for the header and a simple blank Image for the footer and then the site content should look right in between the header and footer.. I would want this centered on the page so its not shoved off to the right or left.. I would like the site width 770 Background Image ( any color, I will change to fit my needs later) Header 770x200 Site content Footer 770x60 I do not see why the last three freelancer could not understand the layout .. I made a quick image so you could see what I am thinking of a lay out.
