auto-unsubscribe program needed for "a web er" email service

I am moving from a web er dot com to i contact dot com and need someone to show me how to auto unsubscribe from a we ber dot com when they confirm their subscription to i con tact dot com. I can set up a special account for this. I have the latest version of Microsoft outlook (if that helps). I've got servers, etc.... Is there software out there that does this already. Here's what I need it to do: Receive an email and somehow scrape the email address off of it and forward it to a certain email (I can set this up), but it needs to be in this format: Finally, send a message to your A W e b e r list's email address (your listname (AT) at a we ber com ) with the subject set to: REMOVE##category#list1,list2 * "" is the email address of the person you wish to unsubscribe from your list * "Category" is a category you wish to classify this removal under * "List1" and "list2" are the lists from which you wish to unsubscribe this address. Examples: To: listnameAT a w e b er d o t c o m Subject: REMOVE##BUY To: listnameAT a w e b er d o t c o m Subject: REMOVE##TEST To: listnameAT a w e b er d o t c o m Subject: REMOVE##PRODUCT1#listname To: listnameAT a w e b er d o t c o m Subject: REMOVE##PRODUCT2#listname1,listname2 Note: No confirmation of the removal is sent to the subscriber; the removal is silent. How do I do this? Show me at that you do this with some good references and I'm in! It would save us both some time if you just point out the simplest software/ method that already does this and I'll pay you $30 just for answering the question.
