Affiliate Script - Paypal Integrateion and website member creation needed.

Hi, I am looking to start an affiliate program on my website for one of our products. The product is "membership" to a restricted part of the site. What we are looking for: I would like to fully automate this process. I want affilates to be able to signup at my site and be able to manage them through some kind of backend. I've seen a lot of scripts that already do this that are out there. Desired features are member tracking, ability to email affiliates, provide banners, pay affiliates using paypal, etc. I also want it to use paypal IPN for security. But when someone buys something from me (either through my site or through an affilate link) I want paypal to send them to a page where they can then create a username/password. I need a way to make sure the affiliates are tracked and get proper credit when paypent is made though paypal but also at the same time provide a way for people to create a username/password to the members area after they pay through paypal. I also want some way to manage the members who paid for a membership to the site. Budget for this project is $50 (USD) Would like it done by today Must speak english and have good communication. All bids over $50 will be ignored.
