Arabic Family site

I would like a social family website fully in "Arabic language" for connecting family members together.

Start page should be password protected, and members should be able to interact within member's area by posting/uploading comments, photos and videos.

There is a script already designed and performs all the above functions(except uploading videos) but in English language. It would be useful and less time consuming if it can be integrated to support the Arabic language.
