Build online arabic simple billing management system - Repost -- 2

I want someone to build an online Arabic simple billing and administration system for calculating the printing / photocopying / fax and products orders based on different printing options and on different products. 3 printers doing photocopying / printing jobs and a plotter, with different options ( A3 / A4 / color / gray-scale ) as well as on different paper types for printers and plotter. I want to basically be able to select which option / number / and price is already predefined for each category/option. As well for the products, want to check and monitor the stock and orders history and to have a reminders for these orders/stock .
