BUSINESS INTRANET

Hi, I'm not sure what skills are required to make a software which will allow me to manage my internal business operations. I need a user friendly interface with Admin and Non-Admin users. Non-admin users are setup by the Admin. The software hopefully will be like an website but hosted by the company's intranet server. Other people should be able to access the intranet at any time. Video content will be hosted through local hard disk. I NEED THIS DONE BEFORE END OF OCTOBER. WILL BE 3 MILE STONES - 1. INITAL FRAME WORK 2. POST CONTENT UPLOAD TWEAKING 3. DEPLOYMENT TO IT ENVIRONMENT The software will have the following key functions: 1. Policies and Procedures, there will be headings and sub-headings which users will have access to selected policies and procedures. Will need to enable video content in these sections. Also users must sign-off that they have reviewed and understand the policies and procedures. Admin can create new categories and headings. 2. Check lists - Users will have their own check lists. These are exportable on to PDF/Excel for printing. 3. Rostering - Selected users will be able to edit the roster. Other users can only view the roster. Admin users are able to view prior week rosters up to 2 years. But normal users can only access up to 3 weeks. 4. Product Nutritional Values and Costing. Based on spread sheet and can build products based on items. 5. Need a templates and forms section which should have list of documents that's downloadable for printing. 6. Issues Register which can be updated all the time and allocated to people to resolve. I have attached a spreadsheet of what the site would look like and some descriptions of the functionalities. THIS IS A BASIC GUIDELINE. THE KEY FUNCTION IS THE COSTING, RECEPIE AND ROSTERING PAGES. OTHER PAGES ARE VERY SIMPLE.
