Billing software for hospital part 1

this is about a billing excel sheet, it has three section 1. STAY BILL : that includes DAY STAY charges, nursing charges, visit charges. 2. DAILY CHARGES : that has all the activities done in the day, multiplied by the number of times we do it... 3. SURGERY BILL (OPERATION THEATRE BILL) This third part has two part, OPERATION THEATRE BILL and DOCTORS BILL . Doctors bill contain charges of Surgeon, Assistant Surgeon, Anesthesiologist EXPLANATION STAY BILL We will have fix BASE VALUE for stay, nursing and visit. We have also fix the ROOM GRADE RATIO based on the different types of room that is fix in the back end, the momment, we insert: check in and check out, and choice of room. The charges of room, nursing charges and visite charges are calculated based = base value x room grade DAILY CHARGES : in backend we would enter all the activities and their respective charges. One just have to enter the room grade and number of times the activites were done and again based on ACTIVITY X ROOM GRADE X NUMBER OF TIMES = CHARGES would get calculated of all the activities on DAILY basis. so this has to be done daily by an accountant SURGERY BILL As mentioned this has two parts, 1. OPERATION THEATRE CHARGES : It has many instruments and services we charge per hour. so each instrument and service will have the base value and it has to be calculated based on a formulate already mentioned on the excel i have sent 2. DOCTORS BILL , there are three types of doctor to be paid. Surgeon fee is calcluated quite similarly as OPERATION THEATRE CHARGES and the formula is on excel the assistant surgeon gets 25% of the surgeon fee the anesthesiologist gets 25% of the surgeon fee the complete total of STAY BILL + DAILY CHARGES (ALL DAYS ) + SURGERY BILL should show up and also we should have the amount deposited by patient time to time and that gets deducted from the about total and should show the remaining and if the remaining is less than 2000, a RED FLASH BOX SHOULD APPEAR
