Build web scraping bot

Hello,

I am selling items on a website called Etsy. There are threads in which you can promote your items, called “favathons”. In order to be able to post in these threads you should like other people's items that have been posted before and after you. If an item has been already liked it should be unliked and liked again. Different threads have different number of items on the page to like/unlike/like and there are multiple pages and there is a like limit of 300 likes per hour. I need the program to like/unlike all the items on the page, and then I can go to (perfectly the program will go to) the next page and like/unlike/like all the items on the page and so on and so on until It runs out of likes.

It doesn’t have to be fancy. I don’t mind if is going to be an executable or web based as long as I gets the job done
