CTC 142: WEEKLY REPORT FOR PROPERTY WEBSITE(repost)

I am looking for someone who can provide me with a weekly report on buildings that will be written about in a blog. The report will need to be presented in PHP (version 5.3.2), as it will be uploaded to a hidden, unsecured area of the website (not password protected. The report must be optimised so it can run very quickly. The report should comprise of the identification of buildings with: A large number of recent price reductions; or A large number of new listings; and/or A large number of recently ended listings An example of a blog can be found on <[login to view URL]> . Please make sure you specify your deadline, otherwise a deadline of 7 days will be assumed. ## Deliverables Bidders, this task involves pulling data from a table based on some pre-determined conditions.
