I have implemented the RSTickets! Pro joomla extension on a website and want the ability to export all of the data that is entered into the fields of the RSTickets support system by the website users. Currently, I can only export default fields such as name, username and e-mail address of each user. I want the ability to export the custom fields I have added to the RSTickets component, such as Country, Company Name and Phone Number. The new extension would preferably produce a CSV file with all the of the user data from the default and custom fields together.
