Custom CRM With Many Features - Will Run On VDED

We are in need of a custom CRM that will be deploy-able via a domain name on a VDED or Dedicated Server. This CRM will have many functions. I am going to list as many as I can here but, whoever wins this job will have to be in constant contact with us as there are many variables involved. We are looking for a CRM that will allow us to do the following things. 1. Input Customers names, first and last, phone, phone 2, email address, street address, city, state, zip, URL, date sold, sold by who, amount sold for, notes field, lead number, and automatically create a Customer ID Number once it is submitted. 2. This software must have the ability to upload leads in .csv format and scrub against existing ones that are in the database. If it detects duplicates, it will notify us of which ones are duplicates, what other list they are matched to, and remove them. 3. We should be able to create users and assign different abilities. IE: Admin (God), User (read only) Normal user (Read, add, and edit), Coach (Which can ONLY see the Coach Section), and so on. 4. Advertising Coaches should log in and only see what the Admin have assigned them to see. Certain leads. 5. This should all be deployable from a hosting account (We will probably have a dedicated server) Linux or ASP? There are more fine details involved by I am limited on the amount of characters that I can type here. We need a Beta Model done and able to test by August 15th, if that is possible. This software should be secure as it will contain a lot of private and sensitive information. Please advise us of what type of SSL to get. This is a serious job and we need it done.
