Custom Pricelist Blast Email System

I need a blast email client for sending out custom pricelists to my customers. Currently we send a web page of all of our products to our customers along with prices. Most people get it and trash the email because it does not cater to them specifically. I want to eliminate that problem and be able to send out a custom pricelist that caters specifically to my customer with the specific products they buy or want to buy as well as have custom prices that are for them specifically and have it sent out automatically at a specific time each week. I would like to have an automated option as well as a replicate and a onetime send option. Automated option is the #1 need. I would like for it to be a web base program/application that can be accessed anywhere in the world and as well as have a responsive webpage for it and account viewing. *If it needs to be software based I need it to be accessed via the internet through a login website. I want to have different accounts for each sales man that holds all their customers in it. This will give them the option to customize their customer. To tell the application whether or not to add what products in the email and what pricing to give those products (have a Standard Mode [pulls from a general list] or a Custom Mode [where you add in their price right there] or Custom Markup [add a percentage or price markup based off of general price list]). I would like to have a pricelist like our main pricelist that we have now, but the program pulls pricing from that into whoever has the standard mode pricing option on (like the above). Maybe a checkbox system for a new customer to check which products they use. – For setting up their custom email. Have a scheduler that is for sending out the custom emails. I want this to have the option to send emails automatically weekly while pricing data is updated whenever. When the email sends out automatically I want it to update the date it gets sent out automatically on the email itself. I want to be able to schedule pricelists or specials that go out to a specific time, specific region, or people who use a specific product or just like hot sheets (specials). *If Possible Feature - I would like to be able to change pricing for a customer on the fly by sending an email to the application/program with a company code, product code, and price and then having the system pull that info into that customer’s pricelist for when it gets sent out. Must be a user friendly UI as well as have an advance UI Mode. I want the system to be able track who opened the email, if the email bounced, and if they clicked on specific links in the email. Sort of like how MailChimp has for analytics for emails per campaign. I want to be able to do backup for all the customers we have per user account (salesman). I also want to be able to import customer and data through .csv file. *If Possible Feature - I would like to have this system be intelligent where it picks up on pricing. I want it to come up with a 12 month reporting system for when prices go up and down for specific months as well as average prices, high and low prices on a weekly basis. Prices would be entered manually each week so it can pull the data. Program must support Merge Tags and have the option to add a company logo for each customer to make their email personal. I also want the merge tags to support html content. I want the email templates to be responsive so it will be future proofed as well as an added option to upload a template. In my excel file pertaining to this project is what I was trying to do with some of the email systems I found online. Please see attached files for extra features I want as well as the excel file for how I want the responsive email to display. I would like to have this project be done within 1 month.
