Debug PHP POST web service call

I am looking for someone to debug an already written PHP Code sending XML + few parameters to a corporate web service through HTTPS POST protocol.
The code is already written, it is very basic, only 50 lines, I will also provide the spec to the selected partner.
When sending the request to the remote webservice, I get an answer that my XML is not correct and I lack of support from this web service provider.
I think someone skilled in HTTPS, PHP and XML sending via POST request could help me correct this real quick.
