JQUERY/AJAX Dynamic Row MySQL insert/update/delete

Hey there, I have a script based on this model ([login to view URL]) working fine just straight JQUERY - PHP/MySQL. I like this however, I am wanting the data to post via AJAX. I am a little weak when it comes to building arrays and need assistance with this part. I have included my DB structure and an outline of process I would like to have happen. I want the user to be able to enter an the Name, TimeStart( mySQL DATETIME), TimeFinish (mySQL DATETIME), and Price. I have other tabs submitting data via AJAX however no arrays being used, and its the array part that gets me confused. This should be a really solution for someone versed in AJAX and working with dynamic rows building that data into an array and inserting/updating/ or deleting from mySQL. Process: User fills in the row of data (name, dateS, dateF, cost), then selects to add a new row (this row dynamically create and allow the user to enter another row of data.) Once all rows of data are created dynamically, user will submit these rows to the database. I have included mySQL structure as well as the form and the layout I want it to appear. Let me know if you can do this I would love to have this done today! I also have another JQUERY/AJAX/Dynamic situation I need to get coded as well involving a mutiple image upload and gallery display script that I will use you for if this one is good.
