BIND 9 PHP frontend

Hi at the moment Iam starting a non-profit organization for DNS hosting. My opinion is that DNS is some sort of whitepages. That's why I think DNS should be freely available to anyone.

I've been looking all over the net, and I found no package that meet my needs.

What I want is a simple php environment where users can manage all there domains. This could be one domain to 10.000 domains. But the most important is that they can only manage the domains assigned to them by an administrator.

## Deliverables

1) Easy to use BIND 9 webbased management tool.

2) Administration panel to create new users and new domainsm and assign those domains to users.

3) If this makes everything cheaper then I want this software to be licenced under GPL, and all sourcecode may be freely available to anyone.
