Arrange Exchanging Reciprocal Links

I need someone who has experience and knows how to exchange reciprocating links with other sites who want links and will link back to my site. Our site's products are foods, recipes, wines, and gifts. Our sites categories for links include Pasta, Meats, Pizza, Bread, and more. This first project is for 5 links only to be sure it works out ok. After acceptance of this first project, the next project will be for more links. Our website is [[login to view URL]][1]. Please let me know if you have a links program you use for exchanging email correspondece with the link persons from other sites. Please describe your experience and quote the amount of your fee that is payable to you for EACH link to our site. We would only pay you if the other site links to our site and confirms approval of the use of their link on our site. As stated we would start with 5 links to our site and pay you. Following approval we would request another bid from you for more than 5 sites. We use PHP and Html for our pages. The resource page has the application form to be used by the other site for linking to the appropriate category shown on our page. Please furnish URL/s of sites you have taken care of for exchanging links. The 5 links should be completed within 5 days. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
