Casino Portal Front and BackEnd

I need a casino portal where I will be able to list casinos in categories and list descriptions about each casino and rate them. I also need to have a download button created for each of theses casinos I include. One-Two buttons will be fine for all of them. I will need a tracking system to let me now where the people are coming from and how many have clicked on the downlaod links and so on. I want to be able to track and analyze everything. I need to be able to add and delete casinos and poker rooms whenever I want to and I want to be able to do this very fast. I want the front end to be very attractive. I want it extremely good looking and make it look expensive and make it feel like money. I will need a 2 logos one very large one and another one smaller. I want this site to also have the functions and the ability to give back to the customer as [login to view URL] does. I want to have VIP and High Rollers sections on my casino site where only people that have bet and won or lost over a certain amount can be in that area. There will be specials for them in these sections and so on. I want to have a way to save casinos that I reviewed and listed on y site..this way if i change the out i can always but it back they same way it was before. This will make it easier where I will only do each casino once and save it in the backend and can put it on the site anytime I want too. I want to track the casinos that I list on my site and I want to have them listed on which ones are doing the best and which ones are the worst performing ones. I will need a points system where poeple that are registered with me can get points back for every cash back they get. These points will add up and they can redeem them for prizes. Plus I will be needing updates and upgrades for this site so you will be getting additions work with this too :) Thank you for taking a look at my project.
