Design of Client Utility to communicate with a Server

The project involves coding a Clients utility which will communicate (using TCP/IP) with an existing server which has a serial RS232 interface to a slave controller. A document is attached explaining exactly what has to be done along with A simple client program called **ClientV11p** including source [login to view URL] server is available **[login to view URL]** (executable only). The **ClientV11p** provides the starting point for the exercise and the executable is the server that has to be used. The [login to view URL] is not available at the moment but will be added in the next 2-3 days. The project needs to be coded in Delphi using Borlands Deplhi 5.0. ## Deliverables 1)Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2)Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3)Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4)Full specification (including UML diagrams where necessary) of the work that is to be carried out along with a report on step-by-step approach of the actual work carried out. 5)Changes made to the project after the specification is made have to be noted and explained. ## Platform 1) Needs to run in Microsoft Windows NT/XP 2) Needs to be coded in Delphi. 3) Needs to run using the Borland Delphi 5.0
