A worldwide directory website for piano services!

I own [login to view URL] and I would like to make it a site that showcases information on piano related services. The website needs to be hosted on Microsoft IIS server. Your coding would need to be clean, SEO and W3c compliant. Site needs to be able to be viewed on mobile, iPad, and normal computers. The search function on this website would need to be sophisticated- I would want everything searchable and tagged on a map (location search) as well as other parameters. I would require a really creative/simple user interface. It would have to easily be able to withstand lots of people entering in information, be able to not post spam, and keep an organized system for displaying information. I would like it if every listing required a phone confirmation- like how craigslist requires for a posting account. Would need to be a site easy to navigate and easy for people to submit information for free listings. Also, looking to create a little forum/discussion board. Also in addition to the directory, I'd like to add a classifieds section with expiring ads, whereas listings for the rest of the site would be permanent unless updated by user or removed by site manager if informed out of date. I need someone who is innovative and able to create large scale websites that can withstand hackers, spammers, etc. Able to keep organized focused and work fast. I had someone previously working on the project, who did not complete the project. Do not take on the project if you cannot complete it. They have made a mockup and some initial HTML coding, plus a logo. I would send you all of these files to work with. You must be fluent in English.
